How do I export my data as a CSV file?
To export your data as CSV: 1) Go to Dashboard > Reports, 2) Select your date range, 3) Click the "Export" button in the top-right, 4) Choose "CSV" from the format dropdown, 5) Click "Download." The file will include all records matching your current filters.
The export button is grayed out for me.
A grayed-out Export button usually means your account doesn't have export permissions. Only Admin and Manager roles can export data.
